1. How long is the return and exchange service?

SIXINHOME offers a 30-day no-questions-asked return service for quality defects, delivery delays, goods not as described. SIXINHOME bears the return shipping costs, if it is due to personal factors such as your purchase error or you don’t like it, the buyer bears the return shipping costs and will not accept the service beyond 30 days.

2. Where should I return the goods to? China?

In order to provide you with high quality after-sales service, we have overseas warehouses in Australia, the UK, Germany, France, Belgium, the USA and Canada You just need to send them to your nearest warehouse for after-sales service.

3. What is the return and exchange process?

All you need to do is contact us for the return address and the RMA code, affix the RMA code to the goods and send them back. Once we have received the goods we will refund your full payment or send you new goods.

4. How long is the warranty on the goods?

Our shop goods will provide a 1, 2, 3 and up to 5 years warranty on our products. Please check the length of your goods warranty on the product details page.

5. What is the scope of the warranty service?

Any failure of the product parts within the warranty period is covered by our warranty. Except for damage to the goods due to man-made damage, natural disasters, etc.
