You are required to provide your specified delivery address accurately and clearly. If the goods cannot be delivered or are returned because of an incorrect address, you will be liable for any additional costs incurred due to problems with information such as incorrect addresses.
SIXINHOME must deliver the goods on time, correctly and in good condition, to the address specified by the buyer in the order information. The rights of the consumer are protected.
3.1: Standard transport: transported by civilian airliner to a city near the address of receipt and delivered to the local postal service for last-mile delivery.
3.2: Express shipping: The entire process is shipped by TNT UPS DHL or FedEx and delivered to the buyer’s designated delivery address.

If you do not receive your goods after the estimated delivery time: (i) please contact your local postal service for accurate delivery information. (ii) Get in touch with us immediately for assistance.
If you do not receive the goods for a long time, or if you receive damaged goods, please follow the following procedure to obtain a solution: (i) Immediately file a complaint with your local carrier to obtain support for the solution. (ii) Photograph the damaged goods and contact us immediately to obtain a new replacement.
SIXINHOME will not be held directly responsible for loss of or damage to goods due to war, natural disasters (floods, hurricanes, mudslides, etc.), accidents with carriers, theft or robbery of carriers, etc., but we will assist the buyer in obtaining claims and insurance.
