Q1: Why is it that when it’s installed, only one side moves and the other side doesn’t react?

A1: This is because a detail was neglected in the installation process, and the two screws in the block position need to be tightened. Flying shovel installation is simple, and it only takes one person 30 minutes to complete the installation.

Q2: What is the size of the smart curtains?

A2: Because the curtain rod is retractable, it can be adjusted from 1.7M (66.9″) to 3M (118″) or 2.2M (86.6″) to 4M (157.5″) to meet your needs. Please leave a message if you need to customize other sizes.

Q3: How many ways can you control the smart curtains?

A3: There are four main types of control: Alexa or Google Assistant, App(TUYA) control, Remote control, and Manual open.

Q4: Can the rod be mounted to the wall right above the windows or does it need to be mounted to the ceiling?

A4: We support installation on the ceiling and side wall mounted.

Q5: How are your curtain motors powered? Batteries or wired?

A5: We have two versions of motors available. AC110~240V motors are wired and the length of the power cord is 2.5m. The DC24V curtain is charged by a rechargeable battery, with a built-in 2200mAh lithium-ion battery, which can run 300 times on a single charge. Wireless installation, no wiring required. Save on installation costs.

Q6: Do I need to pair the remote control or App to the motor? or they have paired already?

A6: Yes, you need to pair the remote control or APP(TUYA) with the motor, please follow the instructions.

Q7: Which battery should be used for the remote control？

A7: CR2032 3V Lithium Battery.
