This is great, good value for money, quiet and classy, no battery to worry about with charging and lifetime, simply plugs in to mains which is what I was looking for. This handles my large patio doorway blind just fine and was easy to set up with the app and then pairing to the remote control, for pairing to the remote control remember to press the pair button on the app then press the up or down button on the remote (Instead of the reset button on the back) The only negative points I can think of are the cable length, It's pretty short and could benefit from a meter or two, and the idle side cap for the tube is a bit too loose for a standard 38mm tube and doesn't fit snug, I had to fill it out with some electrical tape and reinsert, might use glue in future, other than this though It's great for the money.

I've been using this engine for a long time. He is perfect! It works on hubs Tuya, Alexa and Google Assistant.

Works well, easy to set up and works even on large blinds. I’m using it in some up to 72”. Battery life is good so far. Easy to set up with Tuya and integrate with Google Home, Alexa, etc using the Wi-Fi adapter.

I installed 5 motors in my bow window dining room and the motors are silent and work very well. The installation was easy as well as the programming. So far so good.

Construction of roller shade was pretty straightforward with this motor. Used 1.5 inch steel pipe and roller shade purchased from big box store. Wrapped plastic rollers with electrical tape to make a tighter connection to the pipe. Taped the shade to the pipe with double sided tape. Everything went together smoothly. Wired power to window as the window is hard to access, and it works like a charm. Smooth and quite operation. Totally worth the effort!

After contacting the same company who installed my curtains and getting a pricey quote, I decided to get these motors AND I am very happy with them that I’ve decided to go ahead to expand and motorize all of my home windows. At the end I saved $$ by doing it my self and I am extremely happy with the feel and look of all blinds moving in synchronization.

The original roller shade motors I bought at a trade show 7 years ago started to stop working; they were powered by AA batteries, which were annoying to replace. I decided to search for motors that could be hard-wired. I went through a lot of trouble and bought the wrong sized motors and had several issues (if the motors are too small or too big, they won't fit in the tube properly since they have to grab the inside of the tube to spin it). These motors are so much more advanced than the ones I bought 7 years ago. They are very powerful and operate smoothly and more quietly. Installation: I cut the plug off, connected the wires to a longer wire, and wired a new plug onto the end. It works perfectly. The instructions aren't that great, but the seller is responsive and wants you to be happy with the product. I highly recommend these motors if you are somewhat handy and want to save a ton of money.
